Terms and privacy.
Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using minflr, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Trademark and content
minflr is a trademark. The app, including its name, branding, design, and content, is not to be copied, redistributed, or used to build competing products without permission.
Use of the app
minflr is a personal activity tracker, not coaching, medical, or exercise advice. The activity floor referenced in the app reflects general public-health guidelines for healthy adults. Physical activity carries inherent risk; minflr doesn't assess your fitness to undertake any activity. Talk to your doctor and a qualified exercise professional before starting or changing any exercise routine.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, minflr and its representatives aren't liable for injury, illness, or other harm arising from your use of the app or from any activities you undertake or log.
What we collect
Your email address (passed by Google when you sign in), the activity entries you log (type, duration, intensity, date), your timezone (auto-detected so weeks reset correctly in your local time), and your pinned-cardio preferences. We don't collect contacts, photos, location data, or anything outside the activity log.
How we use it
Your data is used to display your training history and compute weekly totals. We may also analyse aggregated, de-identified activity patterns to inform product decisions and build new features. Your individual activity log isn't sold, used to target advertising, or used to train external AI or analytics systems. Operators may access data for feature development, debugging, and security work.
Who has access
Your activity log is private to you within the app. The cloud infrastructure running minflr has technical access to the underlying data, as is normal for any cloud-hosted application. Direct access by minflr operators is limited to troubleshooting and security investigations. Google handles sign-in and knows you've signed in to minflr, but doesn't see your activity data.
Your rights
You can view, edit, and delete any entry directly in the app. For lawful access or deletion requests under applicable privacy law, contact team@minflr.com.
Cookies and tracking
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't sell your data or place third-party advertising trackers on the app. The hosting platform collects standard server-request metadata (IP, user agent) for operational purposes.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We follow standard cloud-security practices, though no system is perfectly secure.
Children
minflr is built for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be announced inside the app before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of New South Wales. Where local consumer protection law applies to you (for example, the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent rights in your jurisdiction), those rights are not waived.
